Twitter users reported on Thursday, August 16, a demonstration around the Miraflores Palace, in the center of Caracas, because the surrounding sectors exceed 24 hours without electricity.
According to reports in the social network, the inhabitants of the parish of Altagracia surrounded the Palace, as a method of protest against the failures in the energy service and to demand its restoration.
