Floods in southern Venezuela

The Orinoco River, the largest in Venezuela, has flooded due to heavy rains in the south of the
country, causing its overflow in the state of Amazonas. There are more than 5, 000 victims only in
Puerto Ayacucho (the state capital) and more than half of the state has been affected.
