During the night of Wednesday, July 26, 2017, officials of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) repressed until midnight to neighbors in the parish La Candelaria, located in the center of Caracas.
The uniformed men fired at the citizens firing tear gas and firing pressurized water at the buildings with a tank. It knocked down a grate from a residence.
