There are many avowed NeoNazis within the Azov Battalion. In reports they don't even use Neo- but simply call themselves 'Nazis'. This may explain the targeting of civilians and their homes. Surely this is an evil to be opposed, not glorified. Those who call themselves 'Nazis' within the Ukraine forces should surely be rooted out and tried as criminals for their crimes against humanity.
